Our Wellington hosts deliver tour experiences, creative workshops and events, sharing our creativity with the world and taking visitors up-close to the craftsmanship that happens within our workshop every day. At our Wētā Cave retail store, you’ll help guests purchase props, merchandise and collectibles.

Our Wētā Workshop Unleashed venue in Auckland is recognised for excellence in visitor attractions. As the approachable face of Unleashed, you’ll be welcoming guests into the creative world of Wētā Workshop. You’ll use the monsters, robots, fantasy worlds, giants, spaceships and all manner of cool stuff to inspire our guests, as well as help them to find the props, merchandise and collectibles they love in our retail store.

Here are some tips to make sure you have the best chance of being matched:
• Keep your portfolio up to date. It’s best to include a link to an online portfolio rather than uploading an attachment if you can.
• Don’t worry if you don’t hear from us for a while. We have a wide range of projects we work on, which require a diverse range of skills and experience. We’ll have your details with us should the right job come up.
• Create a profile on our recruitment system, that way you can update your CV or details like pay expectations or availability.
• You can submit your details to more than one talent pool, but if we think your skills are ideal for different areas of the workshop, we’ll make sure that all our crew leaders have access to your details too.
