Our concept designers begin by immersing themselves in the worlds and characters they’re entrusted with, exploring a wide range of ideas to capture the essence of each piece. This process includes close collaboration with studios and creators to achieve the highest standards of accuracy and authenticity. Because our artists work together under one roof, they develop a deep understanding of the entire journey — from initial design to final manufacture — right from the start.
Meticulously crafted by world-class artisans
Once a design is ready, it’s handed over to our team of sculptors. With a range of skills — from traditional sculpting and modelling to cutting-edge digital techniques — we’re able to match the right artist and method to each unique collectible. Through a process of prototyping and research, our production team brings each piece to life, managing everything in-house from printing and molding to casting and assembly.
The result is then hand-painted, ensuring every surface is beautifully detailed and each material is faithfully replicated. From there, the finished piece is entrusted to our manufacturing partners, who bring the final collectible into the hands of collectors around the world.
