The retail rates for each product are listed above. This is the rate we publicly charge our customers. Your nett rate will be the retail rate minus your commission.
Our tours and creative workshops listed above are available at both our Auckland and Wellington locations.
All of these products listed above are available to our trade partners and are commissionable. The only products that are unavailable for you to sell are our Combo packages, or where we partner with an external company, such as the Sky Tower. Event pricing is also non-commissionable. We run tours throughout the day, seven days a week. We can upscale or downscale depending on demand, but will always try and find availability for a customer when booked through a partner.
Our Creative Workshops run less frequently, but with advance notice, we will always endeavour to accommodate your customers.
Our tours are currently offered daily in English and Mandarin, with translated tours also available on our app in French, German and Japanese in Auckland and French and Chinese in Wellington.
Guests can download the app instore on arrival or ask our team for assistance.
We have a travel booking portal for you to check live availability, pricing and book public tours with instant confirmations. You can also amend or cancel reservations online.
For other reservations, including events, private experiences, educational or MICE incentive groups, please email us with the details of the booking, including guest name, email address, dates and times requested and number of guests.
