Then create, craft and customise at our Leather Workshop
Designed for kids who love to craft, this engaging workshop introduces the art of working with leather.
Children will learn simple techniques employed by Wētā Workshop's costume crew as you refine, design and dye your very own leather keepsake.
We invite young makers to step into the world of handcrafted costume design and discover the art of leatherwork in our hands-on workshop. Craft side-by-side with our crew learning techniques that bring costume accessories to life on screen.
With easy-to-follow techniques and all materials provided, children will get to explore their creativity while learning real leatherwork skills - and then take their creation home.

"This fulfilled a childhood dream to see how the magic of The LOTR was made! My tour guide was not just knowledgeable and excited about the subject, but also a proud part of the magic himself! In my leather workshop I learned amazing skills taught by someone who was just as passionate about his craft—and that came through!" |
